CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

By accessing our services, making a booking, or engaging with TripCheers in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full or agreed partial payment
- Quoted prices are subject to change prior to final confirmation and may vary due to availability, taxes, or exchange rates
- Payment receipts and booking vouchers will be issued upon confirmation
TripCheers acts exclusively as an intermediary travel facilitator. We do not own, operate, or directly manage any airline, hotel, transport, or experience provider. All services are delivered by independent third-party vendors, and TripCheers is not a party to the contract between you and such vendors.
Only services explicitly listed in the confirmed itinerary, booking voucher, or proposal are included. Unless otherwise stated, bookings exclude meals, personal expenses, gratuities, travel insurance, and visa fees.
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring:
- Valid passport with a minimum of six months’ validity beyond the travel dates
- Appropriate visas and entry permits for all destinations
- Compliance with health, customs, and immigration regulations
- Timely arrival at airports, hotels, and departure points
TripCheers shall not be liable for:
- Delays, cancellations, or service failures by third-party vendors
- Loss of property, personal injury, illness, or damages sustained during travel
- Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
- Changes to itineraries caused by vendors, weather, or operational requirements
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all bookings. TripCheers shall not be responsible for losses, medical expenses, or liabilities that would have been covered by adequate travel insurance.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Including this consent checkbox on all booking and enquiry forms makes these policies legally enforceable and protects TripCheers in the event of disputes.
