CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

TripCheers acts as a facilitator of travel services. All cancellation and refund terms are governed primarily by the policies of the respective service providers, which are communicated to clients at the time of booking.
- All cancellations are governed by the respective airline, hotel, or service provider’s terms and conditions
- Applicable vendor terms are shared with clients prior to or at the time of booking confirmation
- TripCheers does not create or impose independent cancellation policies beyond those of the vendor
As an intermediary, TripCheers strictly applies and enforces vendor terms on behalf of our clients. We act as your advocate in all communications with service providers; however, final decisions on cancellations and refunds rest with the respective vendors.
- Refunds are processed strictly in accordance with vendor timelines and policies
- TripCheers service charges and convenience fees are generally non-refundable
- Refund processing times may vary depending on the vendor and payment method
Failure to utilise booked services without prior cancellation notification may result in 100% cancellation charges as stipulated by the respective vendor.
Any amendments to confirmed bookings are subject to vendor approval and may attract applicable change fees or fare differences. TripCheers will endeavour to facilitate all amendments on your behalf.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control — including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, health emergencies, or acts of government — cancellation and refund policies will be determined by the respective vendors. TripCheers shall not be held liable for disruptions arising from such events.
